Yes, we ship to all the countries.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Once we send you the tracking number it takes time: 

Shipments within Medellin take between 1-2 business days.

National shipments take between 1-3 days from the moment of dispatch, this time depends on the delivery zone.

The postal company delivers during working hours: from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Outside these hours no deliveries are made and delivery schedules cannot be programmed.

Delivery time may be affected by situations external to the brand.

  • We accept returns and exchanges of products that have not been used and are in perfect condition, within 10 days of receipt of the item.
  • You must return the product in its original packaging.
  • Discounted parts are non-exchangeable.
  • Refunds will be made for 100% of the value of the piece except for shipping costs that must be assumed by the customer.
  • Refunds will be made with the same means of payment in which the purchase was made. 
  • Money refunds for withdrawal of purchase can be requested up to 5 working days of receipt of the product. 
  • We reserve the right to deny repairs, and unreasonable returns.
